South Africa’s Defence Minister, Nosiviwe MapiNqakula, has stated that criminals are behind the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and other foreigners, therefore their government find it hard to stop it.
In an interview with eNCA, the minister described South Africa as an angry country and also insisted that her government can’t prevent the violence.
“The reality is that we have an angry nation. Wh happening can never be prevented by any gover she said.
She also revealed that the death of two people in Johannesburg could have been avoided if it was not well orchestrated by criminals.
