Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Christen their Son Archie
The Royal Christening of Archie, the first born son of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry took place today and the proud parents have shared a few pictures of the little cutie. Archie was christened by the Archbishop of Canterbury at Windsor Castle, in front of a close group of just 25 friends and family.
In the first photo, Archie was cradled in the arms of his mum Meghan, while his doting dad Harry looked on. The second photo had Prince Archie’s grandparents, Prince Charles and Camilla, along with Doria Ragland in it. Princess Diana’s sisters Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale were also in the photo – hinting they could have been given godparents roles.
Sharing the photos, Kensington Palace wrote;
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to share the happiness of this day, and would like to thank everyone around the world for their ongoing support. They feel so fortunate to have enjoyed this special moment with family and Archie’s godparents.
“Today The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son Archie was Christened at the Private Chapel at Windsor Castle.
