Naira Marley’s case adjourned till December as lawyers quarrel over seats

The case between the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and singer Naira Marley has been adjourned till December 11 and 12 after lawyers quarrelled over seats in court.

The case which resumed today, October 24th, was adjourned after the lawyer representing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Rotimi Oyedepo and Naira Marley’s counsel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN, and two other senior lawyers quarrelled over seats.

The presiding judge, Justice Nicholas Oweibo had to appeal to the lawyers to bear with the shortage of chairs and small space in the court.
