MTN Nigeria speaks on xenophobic attacks in South Africa
The CEO of MTN Nigeria, Ferdi Moolman has issued a statement in reaction to the xenophobic attacks suffered by Nigerians and foreigners in South Africa.
The statement comes as Nigerians on social media threaten to boycott South African products, part of which includes MTN, DSTV and Shoprite.

Meanwhile, South Africans on social media have revealed the reason why they are carrying out xenophobic attacks on foreigners in their country.
Videos and pictures are currently trending on social media showing properties e.g houses, cars and shops, owned by foreigners getting burnt.
Also, the videos show foreigners getting chased across the streets, beaten and burnt alive by South Africans.
