Kevin Hart sued by woman in 2017 sex tape with him
Actor and comedian, Kevin Hart has been sued by Montia Sabbag, the woman who featured in a sex tape with him back in 2017.
The woman is suing him for $60 million for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The sex tape was recorded by an associate of the comedian named JT, in a Las Vegas hotel when Kevin Hart cheated on his girlfriend, Eniko Hart, with Montia Sabbag.
According to the suit filed by Montia Sabbag, Kevin and JT planned the sex tape to give the comedian publicity.
She claimed that JT was let into the Cosmopolitan Hotel suite by Kevin so he could make the recording.
JT got charged with 2 counts of extortion despite denying that he planned to extort Kevin Hart with the video.
Her suit is coming despite a statement from Kevin Hart which sees the comedian denying knowledge of the sex tape.
