Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama has hinted at a possible return to the national team.
Recall that Enyeama retired from the national team after he had a clash with former coach Sunday Oliseh.
Speaking on Brila FM, the 37-year old stated that he would oblige if called upon by the Super Eagles.
“I cannot say no to Nigeria, that’s the truth. If Nigeria tells me today ‘Vincent, we have goalkeeping problem; we need you’, I will be there. I can’t say no” he said.
Enyeama also stated that since he retired, no one from the NFF has approached him to overturn his decision and return to the team.
“Since I left Nigerian football in 2015, no one has contacted me.” he said.
Enyeama’s contract with Lille was terminated in August 2018 and the player has since been without a club.
