#COVID-19: Dangote trucks, tankers stranded as Ogun, Lagos impose ban on interstate travelling
As the Ogun State government closed its borders with neighboring states like Lagos, Oyo and Osun, many trucks were reported to have gotten stuck in different borders across the state.
President Muhammadu Buhari had in a live broadcast on Sunday ordered the lock down of Lagos, Ogun and Abuja to stop the spread of Coronavirus disease.
The enforcement of the order started at 11 pm on Monday.
WotzupNG gathered that there were long queues of trucks and other vehicles on the road on Tuesday morning as security agents barricaded the borders to prevent interstate travelling.
Lots of Dangote Cement trucks were seen on the queue at Toll Gate area of Sango-Otta, a boundary between Lagos and Ogun.
It was also observed that traders and other residents of the ever busy Ota Toll Gate were nowhere to be seen as the usually bubbling environment was deserted.
