Congolese music legend, Mabele aka ‘King of Soukous’ dies of Coronavirus in Paris
Mabele, Congolese music legend known also as “King of Soukous”, died in Paris yesterday due to Coronavirus infection.
The legend daughter, Liza Monet made this know on her Twitter page. She said:
“My father died this morning from the coronavirus, please honour his memory,” his daughter rapper Liza Monet,
Furthermore, the radio presenter of Radio France, Claudy Siar, also paid his tribute to the 67 years old singer.
Also, Nab Cacharel, the singer former bandmate mourned his loss on Facebook.
Furthermore, during the singer lifetime he sold more than 10 million records and he had a huge success across Africa.
