Mukhtar Daniya popularly known as Aye Dee, has stated that BudgITng which is co-founded by Seun Onigbinde, is funded by a company used as a front by the CIA.

Recall that Seun Onigbinde tendered his resignation yesterday, few days after he accepted a Federal Government role despite being a staunch critic of the Buhari administration.

Reacting to Seun Onigbinde’s appointment by the Nigerian government, Aye Dee stated that it showed a lack of intelligence.

In a series of tweets, he wrote:

“Now that @seunonigbinde has resigned from govt, can we talk about the elephant in the room… @BudgITng is funded by the @OmidyarNetwork , a front used by the @CIA.
The fact that their principal was brought into govt speaks volumes about lack of NGR intelligence oversight.

He added:

“Seun Onigbinede is NOT the only competent person in the private sector who can advise the Nigerian govt on Budget issues, plenty of equally competent people who support this govt are ready, willing and able to serve if called upon.

In another series of tweets, Aye Dee stated that foreign agendas are pushed by embedding agents in government.

“My allegation about how foreign intel works is NOT based on theory.
For what it’s worth, decades ago, during the Abacha era, we met frequently with foreign intelligence, in various places including West Africa to discuss and implement how to destabilize/change Abacha’s admin.

“If you think ?? has no strategic interest to the West you’re mistaken. Open secret that one way to push a foreign agenda is to embed people in govt and civil society. Some might never be activated, but they are there.
Sad when 4 sake of $$$ people sell out ??a’s sovereignity.
