BREAKING: Kaduna state governor, El-Rufai tests positive for coronavirus, goes into self-isolation (Video)

Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai just announced that he tested positive for Coronavirus.

The governor confirmed the news in a recorded video which he posted online.

Furthermore, this makes him the second governor in the country testing positive for the COVID-19 virus.

Also, he said he will.be self-isolating himself during this period.
