Officers of the Gowon Estate Division in Lagos successfully saved a newborn girl from a sewage tank.
The Lagos State Police Command made this revelation in an announcement posted on its verified Twitter account on Wednesday.
“At approximately 8:30am today, a day-old female infant was discovered in a sewage tank. After receiving an alert, officers from the Gowon Estate Division swiftly responded to the location. The baby was immediately transported to a healthcare facility for urgent medical care and is now in stable condition,” the statement confirmed.
