Veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has averted the malevolent gaze as she consoles May Yul Edochie following her return to social media.

Rita Edochie posted a picture on her Instagram page featuring May Edochie and her three children. She expressed her sorrow over the formerly harmonious household consisting of six individuals, which included the departed Kambilichukwu and actor Yul Edochie.

She implored God for the family’s protection, acknowledging that God understands and does what is best.

“GOD, PLEASE PROTECT THIS HOME FOR ME.

“THEY WERE SIX IN THIS PEACEFUL HOME, FATHER, MOTHER, AND FOUR LOVELY CHILDREN ENJOYING THEIR PEACEFULLY.

“TODAY, THEY ARE NOW FOUR IN THE SAME HOME. GOD, PLEASE SURROUND AND PROTECT THE HOME, BOTH THEIR GOING OUT AND COMING BACK.

Nigerians console May Yul Edochie as she speaks out about her son’s death

A few days ago, May Yul Edochie broke her silence about her son, Kambilichukwu’s death. The grieving mother described the tragic incident as the most devastating and traumatic experience of her life.

Nigerians expressed their sincere condolences with the internet inundated with heartfelt prayers and messages for the mourning mother.

Celebrities like Ruth Kadiri, Patience Ozorkwo, Toyin Abraham, Destiny Etiko, Oge Okoye, Ifu Enanda, Monalisa Chinda, and others flocked to May’s timeline to offer their consolation.

Veteran movie star Patience Ozorkwo prayed that the bereaved mother would find comfort in God, who would take care of and strengthen her.

She wrote, “I pray that you continue to be strong my dear and hold on to God’s promises – Isaiah 46:4, I am your God and will take care of you until you are old and your hair is gray. I made you and will care for you; I will give you help and rescue you.”
