The Lagos State Police Command, on Thursday, provided an explanation for the unidentified lady who was brutalised and stripped by policemen near the State House of Assembly in Alausa, Ikeja. According to the police, the lady is believed to be suffering from a mental condition. The incident, which involved the brutalisation and stripping of the lady, was previously reported by The PUNCH.
